the breakfast service was unfortunately slow. it took fifteen minutes to get coffee. another twenty minutes passed before the main course arrived. the staff seemed preoccupied with themselves.

i found the staff very warm and friendly. they were always looking to help or just have a nice conversation. the location is great as it is within walking distance of great shopping, touring, green and hyde parks, we liked that! the breakfast was fabulous too.

the staff were attentive and valet parking was available.

I had a terrible night's sleep because of continuous machinery noise. It seemed to be air conditioning condenser units on the roof. the low frequency vibration continued all night and it was quite disturbing, even with noise-canceling earbuds. the hotel has not responded to me despite my reporting it.
